The TypeArt website is presently in a transitional phase where orders cannot be fully completed automatically. As always, you can add any items of interest into your shopping cart as you browse the site. But once you go to the shopping cart page the method of checking out will involve manually connecting with PayPal.com (link provided) in order to make your payment. This is a little less elegant than a properly programmed shopping cart with PayPal options built into the checkout routine, but it is equally as safe and was the best interim solution until an entirely new shopping cart can be implemented. You will find any additional details you need as you need them, and the couple of extra steps should only take about a minute of your time.
Once the funds are sent, you will no get an instant download link, but the order will be processed manually within a few hours and likely sooner, depending on the time of day your order comes in. On very rare occasions, it may take up to 24 hours, but those will not be usual circumstances.
While it was convenient for everyone when orders were processed automatically and download links issued immediately, the cost of running the e-commerce portion of this site, with security certificates, the monthly processing fees from two different companies, plus bank fees for an additional account (plus the need to pay programmer to maintain the old code and keep it functional) had become an unreasonable expense in this economy. PayPal is a preferable way of doing business, and it is hoped that most customers won't mind the minor inconvenience of doing a quick cut and paste, until the TypeArt site properly revamped.

If you are licensing fonts for multiple computers, you can calculate the additional licensing fee from within the shopping cart by simply specifying the number of additional computers you will be installing the fonts onto.
If you are ordering numerous fonts and planning to license them for more than 30 computers, we may be able to give you a better rate on the Multiple-User Site Licensing than you would get by doing the calculation on the shopping cart page. Please contact

Electronic shipping is free and preferable on this end. If for some reason you really need to receive delivery of a physical product, you can specify a shipping method from within the shopping cart. The added costs will be reflected on the shopping cart page before you submit your order.
If you have received a special discount code, from one of our mailing campaigns, or from a catalog delivery, you can enter this code on the shopping cart page so that your order will be discounted by the amount awarded by your discount code. Be sure to include mention this discount code when placing manual PayPal orders.

Sales Terms and Policies
Once you have completed your order and downloaded or attempted to download your fonts, all sales are considered final. A refund will not usually be provided for any of our products once an order has been submitted. But this company is also run by a reasonably minded president who wants to make sure you are happy. So if there's a problem, we can discuss our way to an agreeable solution.Of course we will help to ensure that you receive your order by some alternate means, in the event that you have trouble with your e-mail provider or some other complication.
